Hulu has this show.  It's called the Booth at the End.
And it all happens in a booth in a diner. 
There's a guy with a notebook and he makes deals.
You talk to him.  Tell him what you want.  He makes you a deal.  You do something, you get what you want.
All sorts of things... Help someone.  Kill someone.  Rob a bank.  Have a child...
Anything.
